• ACCORD aims to help couples initiate, sustain and enrich their marriage and family relationships

• Counselling - the service is based on the client's needs rather than their ability to pay.  A contribution is requested if the person or couple can afford to make one
• Marriage Preparation - a course fee applies but the service is free if the couple cannot afford to pay

• New Beginnings Counselling aims to support, encourage and educate people towards wholeness and effective living by providing a compassionate, confidential and professional service
• Other services offered:
             - personal and group therapy (as well as supervision)
             - personal development training
             - stress management courses and other therapeutic workshops
             are facilitated at our centre
• Our counselling service is available on a sliding scale based on ability to pay (this is negotiated with the individual counsellor)
• We have six counsellors available to work with clients

• The service is free; people who are in a position to make a donation are encouraged to do so

• Sophia Counselling Centre aims to provide quality and affordable counselling in a warm, safe and confidential environment which makes healing and recovery possible
• We place great emphasis on taking responsibility for one's own life, empowering the client and helping them to get in touch with their own resources
